If you have ever found yourself in nature for sunrise, you know how it feels to be in the stillness of morning, to witness to the dynamic colors before the first rays of light peer over the horizon; the fleeting transition from night into day.
At Sunrise Mindset, we don’t require waking up every morning before the crack of dawn. Rather, we encourage the essence of what it is to engage in life with a “yes” mindset towards novelty, adventure and reveling in the beautiful and fleeting life we get to live. This is life, are we willing to wake up for it?

Dream Life Coaching with the Enneagram
Do you know what your dream life looks like and feels like? Do you let yourself dream? What is your relationship with money like? Do you understand your personality structures and how they impact you and your relationships?
As your Enneagram Life Coach, these are the types of questions we can explore together. As a certified iEQ9 Enneagram Practitioner, I use the framework of the Enneagram to get to know you and support you in understanding yourself and your patterns better.
It can be uncomfortable to allow yourself to dream, to discuss finances and to look at your patterns and explore how they impact your life and your relationships.
